Amisulpride is different from Zyprexa in that Zyprexa is serotonergic. Amisulpride is completely and cleany dopaminergic. Thus, Zyprexa could be used for depression/dysthymia/CFS/bipolar--Amisulpride is only for schizophrenia/dysthymia.
