Celexa is the brand name for citalopram. Prozac is the brand name for fluoxetine. Yes, they're both SSRIs but can radiacally different effects on people.
Prozac made me very queasy & nauseous for the 6 weeks I stuck to it but didn't improve my depression one bit. Celexa has done a lot for me & I've noticed NO side-effects whatsoever on it.
