I found Serzone to cause visual illusions which lasted two days. After that, I noticed absolutely no side effects whatsoever. It didn't even make me sleepy (while trazadone, a structural relative of Serzones, knocked me on my butt). My doc took me off of it because I thought it was making me out of breath, but I later found that the breathlessness was do to too much caffeine, not the Serzone. If the medication was ever recomended again by a doctor, i would give it a try (this time with no caffeine). Good luck.
