Chris - It is almost impossible to tell what your diagnosis is from looking at these medications. Besides, diagnoses are not very concrete. To make them docs look at the different symptoms that you have and then look in the DSM-IV, and whatever category contains most of your symptoms becomes your diagnosis.
From the drugs that you are taking, I'd say that there is a mood component to your diagnosis, because you are taking 2 mood stabilizers (Depakote™ [divalproex] and Neurontin™ [gabapentin]) and an antidepressant (Wellbutrin™ [bupropion]). This combination could be used for bipolar II disorder or perhaps a social anxiety disorder. It could also be used for borderline personality disorder.
OTOH you could have epilepsy (Depakote & Neurontin) with depression (Wellbutrin); neuropathic pain; chronic fatigue syndrome; trigeminal neuralgia; or chronic migraines.
It would be easier to "guess" at a diagnosis from your symptoms, rather than your meds; but without a full history, it would be nearly impossible for anyone to give you an accurate diagnosis here. It may be best not to worry about it until your next doctor's appointment and make a note to ask him/her then. That way you will get a more accurate diagnosis.
I don't find diagnoses all that important. The important thing is that you've found meds that work. - Cam
