In reply to NADH (ENADA) Cam question, posted by Bill L on December 14, 2001, at 13:27:26
I'm not Cam but here's what I found:
Therapeutic Depression (pg 1of 5) treatment using NADH: Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide
http://www.nadh.com/site7/RSdprs05.htm#TopCam, you understand how insulin must be injected to be of benefits to diabetics because taken orally, the molecule is just digested down into its component parts. Same with glucosamine sulphate.
1. Is this the same with NADH?
2. How can a person judge which supplemnents are broken down & which ones can be absorbed whole through the intestinal tract?
3. And wouldn't just making sure we have sufficient niacin in our diet or supplements do the same?I know a fair amount but there's quite a few holes in my understanding.
> I have a question for Cam or any one else who has experience or knowlege of NADA. Does it work for depression or chronic fatigue? At what dose?

> A recent study in the Doc Guide says that it didn't make people feel less tired but it did make them score higher on cognitive tests. It didn't measure depression.
