No not at all. MAOI means mono amino oxidase inhibitor. Prozac is an ssri = selective serotonine reuptake inhibitor , Efexor is an SNRI = serotonine noadrenaline reuptake inhibitor. SSRIs and SNRIs shouldnt be combined with any MAOIs.
