Thanks for your reply John. I didn't think I would be lucky enough to find someone who had actual experience of trying these 2 together (well in fact 4!), since it is such an unusual combination.You have validated what we suspected would be the case, that the combo will most likely cause dangerous side effects with regard to high blood pressure and so on. So, we will need to think of something else, which I'll start another thread for...
