Hi Katey,

I agree with the idea of changing your meds around (and nightlight's about telling your pdoc). I think that more is not better, so if rearranging your ADs work, then you might not need anything to sleep. For some reason you are supposed to spread out your wellbutrin to twice a day; I guess it is not longlasting. I take it when I get up and then again pretty early, like 2:30 pm.

If prozac is making you tired then I don't see the problem with taking it in the morning. It's long lasting. Prozac is usually a stimulating drug; you're sure it's the prozac which is making you tired? Everyone reacts differently though.

If I want to change something and am pretty sure it's not a big deal thing then I usually fax my doctor and ask him to call back *if* there are any problems with what I'm doing. That way I have sort of done my part by faxing, and if he disagrees then it's on his shoulders to call me. I also fax (instead of calling) because this guy won't take phone calls (he wants you to come in), so sometimes it saves me a visit. With my last pdoc, she always got back to me, but this way, by the time she called, she knew exactly what I was calling her about, or if it was totally insignificant, someone on her staff would call.
