You're going off the other meds cold-turkey? Well, okay, but some people do get withdrawal symptoms from the newer meds, particularly Effexor (including Effexor XR).
A week should be a fine washout period after stopping Effexor and Remeron before starting Nardil, to the best of my knowledge.
