Flu Shots and Meds?

I'm scheduled to get a flu shot this afternoon (the first one since being on depression medications). It just dawned on me, does anyone know of any possible negative interactions between flu shot meds and depression meds, any experience? I have a call into my doc but don't expect to hear back in time.
I take Zyprexa, Topamax, Klonopin and Ambien.
Just figured I'd ask just in case.
