Clomipramine vs. Citalopram vs. Milnacipran

Has anyone had any experience comparing these drugs in the treatment of OCD? Clomipramine was quite effective for me, but carried with it an intolerable level of side effects.

I am currently on milnacipran (Ixel in Europe, Toledomin in Japan), but am curious about whether this or Citalopram (Celexa) is the most effective.
