When I have increased my dosage in the past I've done so in 25 or 50 mgs increments. With each increase I would periodically feel some lightheadedness, and nausea. All of these side effects went away in a matter of days although when I first started on the drug it probably was closer to 10 days before I noticed I wasn't having any of these side effects.
