I don't know where you live, but sore throats
are pretty common here starting around November
regardless of whether or not you take prozac. ;)
The drug does wonders, but doesn't solve the
common cold. Now if they could combine prozac
with a medicine that prevents the cold wouldn't
that be a wonder!
Now personally,
I have noticed at times that if I am taking
a lot of pills (vitamins, etc) and I am sticking
my hands in my mouth a lot every day then I
am more susceptible to germs/coughs/colds.
Best to wash those hands before touching
those meds especially this time of year.I haven't personally heard of
prozac causing sore throats, but any med can have
an adverse reaction of any type for anyone.
Everyone's body is different.hope it goes away...
