I've been on Klonopin for over two years, between 1 and 2 mg/day, and have no trouble with one or two glasses of wine with dinner. I certainly wouldn't do what I did in my 20's on it, but then I wouldn't do what I did in my 20's without Klonopin, either.

I believe that, technically, Klonopin is somewhat more sedating that the other benzo's and alcohol has sedating properties as well, but alcohol wears off sooner. I take the Klonopin just before bed when any sedating effect is beneficial and the effect of wine with dinner probably has worn off.
