I think Mair is right on the mark. It is hard as hell when you feel so damn tired, but you somehow have to be very, very forward and tell your doctor what you just told us. You, like each of us, have the absolute right to the ultimate quality of care, rich or poor...whatever. Just because a doctor has a diploma on the wall *doesn't* mean he is a GOOD doctor. You have to assert your feelings. Even if you write something down, plan what you are going to say to the doc....bring someone if you can...you DESERVE the best....we all do.Best wishes..

> Dona - I'm a firm believer in the proposition that the wrong drugs in the wrong amounts can be the problem and not the solution. This has been true in my case, and I've also noticed that in a couple of instances, i felt hugely much better after I went off a drug. That's not to say that you don't need to then replace it with something else, just maybe a wash out period first. I'm not familiar enough with zyprexa or remeron to tell you how to get off - I'd just suggest to your pdoc that you need to do something different - it seems like you don't have much to lose if you're feeling that awful on all of this medication.
