Amisulpride: how long should I go on with?

Hi to everybody!
I actually use Amisulpride for my Dystimic disorder (25 mg twice a day) with good results.
Now I was asking myself how long should I continue to use this med: months (I think surely yes!), lot of months? A year or more?
I'm afraid that a long term usage could cause to me Tardive Dyschinesie or other irreversible desease!
Have you experience about long terms of usage? Can you please help me to know?
