I have the german- >english translated memantine
pdr if you are interested, it didn't list too
many interactions accept with other drugs
like baclofen, and anti-parkinson drugs.
Suggested possible kidney complications.
Unfortunately it didn't show detailed information
about the metabolism. That other link I posted
from a research supplier of memantine had more
information about the medicine in clinical trials, etc.I found out the hard way not to take dxm with
an maoi. Really goofed up my system. The adjunctive med to dxm was quinidine and
required only about 1/30-1/40 the therapeutic dose
of quindine for heart related problems to
achieve the enzyme inhibition. Alpha-2 and
GabaA agonists protect against nmda hypoactivity
induced neurotoxicity. I was thinking it might
be novel to try a combo of dxm, quinindine, tenex,
and adderall. A lot of the information I described
is covered in detail in patents I discovered
about nmda antagonists, if you set up an email
accnt, I'll forward the information.-john
