Hi Scott...

I have had 3 melancolic depression. But I have also have signs of athypical features. Such as social phobias, rejective sensetive, worsening in evenig. High state of anxiety, OCD...this symptom without ssri. Often very fast respons to antidepressant, and then as you know usuall with poop out.
If I must tried MAOI+ my regular Litium, I am afraid of decreas and went of the 300mg venlafaxine + 60 Mirtzapine + Ziprasidone.
I think I have to accept 70 - 80% recovery

Cruel game....
