I hope that you tapered the benzos slowly or else
I fear you may never sleep again in the short future.I'm a little surprised the Serzone didn't help with the sleep.
Its predecessor Trazodone is anecdotally good for
insomnia.
Serzone made me feel drugged out all the time.Wellbutrin and Prozac as you may know are activating.
Perhaps swapping thos meds for potentially less stimulating
meds would help (like Paxil instead of Prozac).
If its working hate to change something that's
not broken though. Also, ever consider a prescription sleep aid
like ambien. Maybe ativan?regards,
john> I am on Wellbutrin, prozac, zyprexa and now remeron too. I was just taken off serzone because it did not help my insomnia. I haven't slept for more than one hour at a time for almost seven weeks. I am also supposed to be taking 4mg Ativan/day and temazepam (30mg) but I stopped all bezo's last Friday in hopes that my sleeping would improve. (I have been on benzo's for over two years).
