Celexa and Melatonin combination

I have been on Celexa 10 mg. for two weeks and now 20 mg. for 5 days for severe insomnia. I have a very difficult time falling asleep. I was wondering if it is safe to supplement the Celexa with a natural product such as Melatonin as the Celexa still hasn't worked yet. I don't want to combine anything that would be dangerous so please advise if this combo is safe. Thank you.
