All I can say is that I'm SURE the lack of sleep is contributing, quite a bit. I don't why the celexa is making you worse, but it sounds like it is, so you need to talk to someone about that, and definitely need to sleep as soon as you can. Sounds like you're in a really bad place, and I sincerely hope you get well ASAP. Sorry I can't be of more help.
