Perhaps you need to remain at the 10 mgs dose a bit longer. Celexa is an interesting med, in that it very narrowly targets seratonin. So it can cause an agitated feeling as well as a tired feeling all at once. FYI, I was only taking 2 mgs of Celexa and getting good benefit from that small a dose. Some folks are more med sensitive than others.

In my humble opinion, I would ask you pdoc about reducing the med back to 10 mgs and see if the raciness and shaking subsides. It may take a while for your body to adjust to this med. And you don't want to go off a potentially helpful med because of unnecessary bad side effects.

Slow and low is the way to go, I think!
