Thanks all for responding.
I think I am going to try to reduce the dosage of or discontinue nortriptyline. It might be contributing to the spaciness I've been feeling. It may be that the combined NE effects of Effexor, nortriptyline, and Geodon have ganged-up on me. We'll see.
