Dear Janelle,
> Since you are a fountain of info, the fact that you suggested a pill cutter indicates to me that there is NOT a liquid form of Wellbutrin? As for your great suggestion (I myself use a pill cutter when I have to up Klonopin from 1.0 to 1.5); unfortunately, my friend has been somewhat *delusional* (distorted perceptions of reality) and has convinced herself she cannot swallow even a half a pill at a time. It's so sad. That's why her mom and I wondered if there might be liquid Wellbutrin as an alternative to the pills.

You could probably use the original immediate-release tablet of Wellbutrin and crush it into a powder so that it can be added to something like orange juice. Maybe you can find one of those old-fashioned pharmacist mortar-and-pestles. I'm sure you'll find some way to do it. I don't know the details regarding the ER version, but some of these time-release preparations involve some pretty sophisticated composition, and some weird things can happen when they are not administered as a whole unit.
