Some but not most, people find Zyprexa to be a little agitating. My own experience is that Zyprexa good qualities can be seen within the firast week while it may take 2-3 weeks for side effects to wear off. It really should calm your hostility in time. You may also want to consider a slightly higher dose. I started out with the standard augmenting dose of 2.5 mg but eventually worked my way up to 7.5 mg for full benefits. Since then I have been very happy with the results.
