Lamictal v/s aripiprazole v/s keppa v/s geodon

is lamictal or geodon monotherapy for bipolar-1.
aripiprazole is.
do you need sleeping medicenes with lamictal or geodon.
you don't need with aripiprazole.
i'm down to 0.75 mg ativan -- withdrawing off it.
