drinking on effexor xr

i am currently taking 75mg effexor xr and 35 mg of remeron at night for anxiety and depression.I am drinking alot of beer every day almost.i know this is dangerous,but how dangerous?i have been on these med for about 2 weeks now and feel very anxious and agitated.i drank to get rid of the anxiety.will this continue?
