I think you need a lawyer to answer that one, but as a lay person (who's been in a somewhat similar situation) I'd say don't _volunteer_ any information of that sort. If you know that "drinking on klonopin always makes me more fuct-up than normal", that's a really BAD defense. If I were the judge I would consider it made your case worse, not better. But get a lawyer's opinion, not mine.
