Hi Scott...
Have you tried Ziprasidone to add Venlaflaxine. I have done this with success, instead of increase the dosage och Venlaflaxine.
Perhaps you are a rapid metabolizer of the meds. On can always check the blood level of Venlaflaxine.
Another option to add stratergi I heard was to add a small amount of Citalopram to Venlaflaxine.
