HELP...EffexorXR increased dosage...

Has anyone gone from 150mg directly to 300mg of Effexor XR? I started out at 375. for 2 weeks, went to 75mg for 2 weeks and 150mg for 4 weeks, then to 300mg. am having headaches, shaking sweating, caffiene like high but zombie like reaction.
