Celexa and weight loss

I was on Celexa for six months and noticed a decrease in appetite and rapid weight loss. Has anyone had this problem too (sorry if I am asking an old question, new to the list). My new doctor just changed me from Effexor (which was not helping) back to 20mg of Celexa. Celexa really helped me immensely with severe situational depression before, except for the weight loss.
