Neurontin tag teamed with Klonopin

I currently take Klonopin and it has worked wonders, but i would like to be more talkative. Is adding some neurontin, since it is not supposed to be addictive and acts in a similar fashion to klonopin, a decent decision. Obviously I need to talk to my PDOC about this one, but I just wanted to know if anyone has mixed to the two meds. Thanks a lot for your help and good luck to all.
