All the other experiences happen throughout the day. They last hours.
I've been suffering from these for my entire life. Only in

This is exactly like my nightime experience. I bet it's what happens when a person has a panic attack in there sleep.

I sat right up in my bed with enough adrenaline going through my veins to kill an elephant, yet I had no idea what I was afraid of...but there was a sense that something was in the room with me (a vestige of a nightmare, maybe?). My heart was beating about 50 bpm, but so hard that my body shook and I could hear the blood in coarse through my ears. It made my chest hurt. Pretty freaky.
