Please HELP efexorxr dosage confusion

Pdoc increased dose to 300mg
one packet of 150mg says take one daily.
Other packet of 75mg says take one twice a day.
Why can't I take two 75mg at once.??
So take 150mg twice a day?
Hope this makes sense ;o)
