Trazadone augment. w/Paxil?

Folks
my doc wishes to add 50mg Traz to my existing 40mg of Paxil, given that I've barely responded in 6 weeks.

Day time sedation and mental fog is already a problem and emerging from the pit in a morning is a ferocious battle. Limited research suggests that this combo could exacerbate the situation?

Anybody have any joyful thoughts or experiences for me to ponder over?
