Hi K. I think Hattree is right concerning a slow tritration. The symptoms you mention I have heard about from other people on the board (fatigue, nausea, etc.) Since you were doing fairly well at 25mg, I wouldn't stop the lamictal, just go back to that dose until your mild headache is resolved. I think there is a good chance that the side effects will go away, at least you will have a better chance of that if you increase very slowly.
