In reply to Wellbutrin + Serzone? Anyone ever tried it?, posted by Joe Schmoe on August 7, 2001, at 18:30:33

The result of Nefazodone + Buproprion is:
1) Serotonin 2A Receptor Blockade
2) Weak Serotonin Reuptake Inhibition
3) Dopamine reuptake inhibition
4) norepinephrine reuptake inhibition.

Sounds like a nice combo that avoids the side-effects of strong serotonin reuptake inhibition.
