Wow, there are so many threads going right now on my favorite drug - the WB.
I have fared really well on it (300 mg total per day). I noticed the change as soon as I tapered off the Effexor (ugh, shudder), and ramped up to the full dose of WB I'm on now. Pretty much right away. Much more energy, really could get even HAPPY at times (wow), and no side effects except I lost 30 lbs in about 10 weeks. (I had gained at least that much from several years on Zoloft.) I just didn't feel like eating. I think the WB combined with the mood I was in (grief), worked to do it. Other people gain on WB, and have bad side effects. So it's something to be aware of.
Best of luck finding the wonder-drug, jip!Wendy
