is there a maximum time for ssri's to work?

Posted by zarathustra on August 6, 2001, at 20:07:02

I take Paxil.
I started at 30mgs for a month, and now i've been on 50mgs for a month (it pooped out on me last year and i decided to try it again) so.... i've been on paxil for two months and the last few days i have felt much better, BUT, last week I started 10mgs of librium QID.

How can I differentiate which one is actually working?
and
Is it possible for a ssri to take 8 weeks to work?

sincerely, Andrew
