All after reading a post a week or so ago about dosing schedules and having reserves handy for just such an imergency... but I'm the guy who remembers about the spare when he gets a flat tire... I think I even remembered to remember this morning, but then promptly forgot it again... I'm glad I don't need to remember to metabolise food... took some benadryl, we'll see how that works out, only a few hours to go... thanks Cam.

I have posted about this before, but as a person who also only remembers the spare after the tire is flat (family members are glad that my head is permanently attached or else it would be left behind), I have found that ALWAYS having a small amount of the meds on my person is the only way I can remember mid-day dosing. As a woman that means keeping a small amount in my pocketbook and my keychain purse (they are always with me). For men I recommend keeping a small amount in either your wallet, wireless phone case, pager case (or whatever you know you will always have with you). I suggest treating your meds like you do your keys...you don't leave home, etc. without them--or you don't get very far. When I check to see if I have my keys, phone, credit cards, I always check to see if I have some meds--since they are more important than any of the other items. You don't have to keep a whole bottle--just make sure you always have a dose! Forming this habit really works!
Thanks and good luck
