I know not much about Serzone. You might try cutting back your dosage of Seroquel to HALF a pill until you're adjusted, a couple weeks or so, THEN moving back up to the 25mg.
I've never heard of any of those causing cataracts, but you may want to do some research of your own.
You're taking a MINISCULE dose of Seroquel if you're taking 25mg, the chances it'll interact are slim. Even if they did, the pharmacist would know. (it's not going to interact MORE just cuz you're taking a diff dosage)Hope That Helps...
