> JackiePersonally, in your shoes, I would stay with just Moclobemide for a few weeks by itself, and then if desired add Deprenyl later. Sometimes it just creates problems and confusion when multiple meds are started too close together. It's hard to tell what is doing what.
Keep in mind that at low doses (up to approximately 10mg a day), Deprenyl will primarly increase dopamine levels. At higher doses it will also increase serotonin levels. That's where danger could come in. So caution is advised. Just go low and slow and it should be alright. That way if you have any adverse reactions they can be contained and dealt with before getting out of hand. Serotonin syndrome, or serotonin overload, which is dangerous and sometimes deadly, is the primary risk to look out for.
