Effexor cognitive issues

I'm currently at 300mg of effexor. My underlying symtoms are OCD,GAD,Panic,ADD. I've notice that with every increase in this medication my ADD symtoms seem to get exacerbated. For example, I have little or no reading comprehesion or attencion span. If I take a stimulant my anxiety symtoms seems to get exacerbated. I've taken all the SSRI's, some MAOI's, all the new AP's, and some stimulants without succuss. Does anyone have any suggestions. You can probably tell from my rambling what king of attention span I really have.
