I think it stands for NorAdrenaline-Selective Serotonin-Agonist. If I had to rank the options I presented as far as weight gain, from worst (1) to best (8) they would be:
1. Clomipramine
2. Nortriptyline
3. Olanzapine
4. Risperidone
5. Mirtazapine
6. Carbamazepine
7. Gabapentin
8. Lamotrigine (can cause weight loss)
My prediction of which would work from highest chance (1) to lowest (8) would be:
1. Clomipramine
2. Mirtazapine
3. Nortriptyline
4. Lamotrigine
5. Carbamazepine
6. Gabapentin
7. Olanzapine
8. Risperidone
