Why are you reducing it? A dose of 40 mg of Celexa is not considered to be excessive. Anytime that you reduce an AD it is common to have side effects such as you mentioned. Give it a couple of weeks. If you still have trouble sleeping and other bad effects, manbe you should consider going back up to 40 mg.
