Imipramine vs Desipramine : Experiences, opinions?

Hi all
Just wondering what the collective consensus is regarding
des(methyl-imi)pramine and imipramine?
Imipramine
*Tends to sedate (excellent sleepy feeling within 45 mins)
*Tends to be anticholinergic (gulf mouth syndrome)
*Upsets those with ulcers or reflux
In contrast to this, what does desipramine do? I have not tried it, and cannot find goodre
reference to the difference in literature.
I would like to hear if anybody would like to take the time to append any experiences with both drugs,
and how they react differently in your body, and most importantly, how you felt in your mind.
