Hi, I can relate! But how long have you been weaning off the Paxil? My pdoc didn't think it would be so bad for me to go off it very quickly because I was switching to Celexa at the same time - well, she was WRONG. I had HORRIBLE withdrawal off Paxil (she had me taper off in a mere 4 days; I've subsequently heard one should taper off Paxil over the course of weeks, sometimes month or so, and to keep 10mg on hand in case of severe problems when one approaches the end of the tapering).
I had headaches, the WORST nausea I think I've ever had (but no barfing; oh how I wanted and needed to, but nothing), chills and feeling feverish with no temp, "electric" head ... you name it, I had it from going off Paxil too quickly, especially because I'd been on it for YEARS (probably waaaaaay too long).
Hang in there, it sounds like what you're experiencing is typical, nothing to rush to the ER for. Again, I don't know how long you've been weaning, but it MUST be done VERY slowly and gradually no matter what. Good luck!
