I talke Well & Remeron. It's not a bad combo, in fact it's one ot the "big guns" combos mentioned in Stahls books and elsewhere. They balance out in side-effects, ie, Well gives you energy at the price of some anxiety, but Remeron's main side effect is somnolence, (and weight gain for some - not me though). So the side effects sort of cancel each other out.
Remeron works on Serotonin and Well works on Norepinephrin and a little on Dopamine, so in theory you are covered on all fronts.
