You may find that the tiredness diminishes with time as your body gets used to the med. Also, I agree that you might want to give the 0.25mg a try and take it on a regular basis (my doc let me take it every four when I was going thru an especially rough time.)In my own experience, I have found it better to take it every day for a few weeks to break the cycle of panic and then to taper off. Now, I don't wait for a full blown panic, at the slightest hint I take one to short circuit the attack. Hope this information helps.
