My pdoc had me do the same thing - try Zyprexa to eliminate (or at least control) ruminating, obsseive and racing thoughts - it kinda did, but gave me HORRIFIC nightmares (one woke me up in a cold sweat), as well as feeling like a zombie during the day. Half of the lowest dose is about all I seem to be able to tolerate.
